How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and raise your right arm at chest height across your chest, bending your elbow.

  2. Use your left hand to gently grab your right elbow, pulling it across your chest to deepen the stretch in your triceps.

  3. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, feeling a gentle stretch in your triceps.

  4. Release the stretch and repeat with your left arm. Perform the stretch for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Avoid twisting your torso; keep it stable and facing forward.

  • Breathe deeply and steadily, relaxing into the stretch.

  • Do not pull too hard; the stretch should be gentle and not cause pain.
