How to do it

  1. Adjust the suspension trainer handles to about knee height. Place your feet in the handles and assume a plank position with your hands placed directly under your shoulders, arms fully extended.

  2. Engage your core and maintain a straight line from your head to your heels.

  3. Drive your right knee towards your chest, keeping your left leg extended. Quickly switch legs, driving your left knee towards your chest while extending your right leg back.

  4. Continue alternating legs in a running motion for the desired number of repetitions or duration.

Form tips

  • Perform the movement with a steady and controlled tempo to maximize muscle engagement and prevent injury.

  • Keep your shoulders directly over your hands to maintain proper alignment.

  • Start with a slower pace and gradually increase your speed as your strength and coordination improve.
