How to do it

  1. Stand in front of the ski ergometer machine with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handles with both hands, palms facing each other. Arms bent at 90 degrees with elbows pointing down.

  2. Begin by pulling both handles down towards your hips, extending your elbows, and engaging your triceps.

  3. Continue pulling until your arms are fully extended down, then slowly return your arms to the starting position with control, maintaining a steady rhythm.

  4. Repeat the movement for the desired duration or number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Keep your upper arms stationary and close to your body to isolate the triceps.

  • Maintain a steady pace to ensure consistent tension in the muscles.

  • Exhale as you extend your arms and inhale as you return them to the starting position.
