How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet touching together, with a loop resistance band around your thighs, just above your knees. Place your arms on the floor by your sides for stability.

  2. Open your knees wide apart against the band's resistance, keeping your feet together and maintaining control.

  3. Slowly bring your knees back together to the starting position with control.

  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Use a resistance band with enough tension to challenge your muscles without compromising form.

  • Focus on engaging your hip abductors and glutes throughout the movement.

  • Keep your feet together and avoid lifting them off the floor.
