Execution

How to do it

  1. Sit on a preacher bench with your feet flat on the floor, holding an EZ bar with an underhand grip (palms facing up), shoulder-width wide, and your arms resting on the preacher pad.

  2. Curl the EZ bar towards your shoulders by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms pressed against the pad.

  3. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement, ensuring the bar reaches shoulder height.

  4. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Keep your upper arms stationary against the pad to isolate the biceps.

  • Use a weight that allows you to maintain proper form throughout the exercise.

  • Exhale as you curl the barbell up and inhale as you lower it.
