How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, placing the resistance band under both feet. Hold the handles with your palms facing each other and your arms extended down at your sides.

  2. Curl the handles up towards your shoulders simultaneously by bending your elbows, keeping your palms facing each other throughout the movement.

  3. Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position with control, fully extending your arms. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Keep your elbows close to your body and avoid swinging your arms.

  • Focus on engaging your biceps and forearms throughout the movement.

  • Exhale as you curl the handles up and inhale as you lower them back down.
