How to do it

  1. Lie on an incline bench set at a 45-degree angle. Place the resistance band under the bench and hold one handle of the band in each hand with your arms extended straight above your head, palms facing forward.

  2. Lower the handles behind your head by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.

  3. Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement, ensuring your forearms are parallel to the floor and your upper arms remain still.

  4. Extend your arms back to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Form tips

  • Ensure the resistance band is securely anchored under the bench to avoid slipping.

  • Maintain a neutral wrist position to reduce strain on your joints.

  • 3 .Focus on squeezing your triceps at the top of the movement.
