How to do it

  1. Sit on an exercise ball with your feet flat on the floor and knees bent at a 90-degree angle.

  2. Lean back, rolling the ball under your lower back, and place your hands behind your head or cross them over your chest.

  3. Engage your core and lift your upper body upwards until vertical to the floor.

  4. Lower your upper body back down to the starting position, repeat.

Form tips

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise to maintain stability and proper form.
