How to do it
Lie on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Position a resistance band under your upper back, holding a handle in each hand with your palms facing forward.
Position your elbows on the floor bent at a 90-degree angle.
Press the handles straight up towards the ceiling until your arms are fully extended, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
Slowly return to the starting position with control. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Form tips
Exhale as you press the handles up and inhale as you return them to the starting position.
Use a lighter resistance band if needed to ensure proper form and gradually increase the resistance as you get stronger.
Focus on engaging your chest muscles throughout the movement.
