# Welcome to hi.fitness

hi.fitness is a workout-planning and client-management tool for personal trainers and their clients.

## What you can do

- Build workout plans for clients
- Track progress over time
- Share notes and reports
- Manage your trainer team

## Finding your way around

- **On a computer**, the main sections live in the sidebar down the left edge.
- **On a phone**, the same sections sit in the bar along the bottom of the screen. Tap **More** to reach the rest, plus Settings and Log out.

## Next steps

1. Sign up as a trainer or client
2. Connect with your trainer (clients) or invite clients (trainers)
3. Open your first workout plan
