# Running your own account

Your hi.fitness account is yours to run end-to-end - you don't need a trainer.

Your **Dashboard** opens on your key stats at a glance - workouts completed, total tonnage lifted, current weight, and your previous and next workout.

- **Library** - browse hi.fitness programs, workouts and exercises, and create your own.
- **Nutrition** - browse meal plans, recipes and foods, and create your own.
- **My Coaching** - manage your training plan and nutrition plan (weekly or calendar), see your reports and progress, and track supplements.
- **Settings** - edit your profile (name, email, phone and postal address), set your daily nutrition targets (calories, protein, carbs and fat), and change your language and units. If you train with a coach, they can set your targets for you - and you can still adjust them yourself.

When you first register you'll be asked to complete a short intake survey before the rest of the dashboard unlocks. See *Completing your intake survey*.
