# A workout you missed

Life happens. On the **Workouts** tab, a session planned for a day that has passed stays on that day, marked as missed. Nothing is deleted, and nothing is held against you.

What you will not find there is **Start**. A workout you start now is a workout you are doing now, so it would be recorded on today's date rather than on the day you are looking at. In its place you get the two things that are still true about a session that did not happen.

## Move it to another day

Tap **Move** and pick a day: today, or any of the next seven.

- The picker shows what is already planned on each day, because moving **adds** to that day. Nothing you already have scheduled is replaced or lost.
- Only that one occurrence moves. If the session repeats every Monday, every other Monday stays exactly where it was.
- The moved session is untouched and unstarted. On its new day it behaves like any other scheduled workout, with a normal **Start** button.
- The card remembers where it came from and says so.

## Mark it as done

Tap **Mark done** when the session really happened: you trained at another gym, went for the run without your phone, or simply forgot to track it. You will be asked which of two things you mean.

**Fill in what I did.** You get the workout's exercises with the planned reps and weights already filled in. Change the numbers to what you actually lifted, untick any set you skipped, say roughly how long it took, and save. This records a real workout in your history on that day, so it counts towards your statistics, your volume and your records.

**Just mark it done.** The day is closed and your coach can see the tick, but no workout is recorded and nothing is added to your statistics - there are no numbers to add. Use it when you do not remember the details, or do not want to type them in.

Changed your mind? Tap **Done** on the card again to undo the mark.
