# Intelligent workout tracker with exercise history and Apple Watch

> Track planned or freeform workouts with last-session values, adaptive exercise suggestions, 1,400+ video exercises, Apple Watch, heart rate and Spotify.

## A workout tracker that remembers every set.

Start with a plan or train freeform. See what you lifted last time, get suggestions that fit the session, and keep your Watch, heart rate and music inside the workout.

## Walk in with a plan, or build the workout as you go.

Open today’s training, reuse a workout you trust, or start freeform. The tracker is ready before the first set and keeps the session available if your connection drops.

- **Today’s workout**: Open the exercises, sets and targets already planned for today.
- **A saved favorite**: Bring back a workout from your library without rebuilding it.
- **Freeform**: Start empty, add the first movement and let the session take shape.

## Your last workout is already in every set.

You should not need to remember what happened six days ago. hi.fitness brings the useful context back at the exact moment you need it.

- **Previous values beside the next set**: See the reps and weight from the matching set last time before you choose today’s load.
- **Full history in one tap**: Open bests, trends and previous workouts without leaving the exercise.
- **Remember more than numbers**: Mark difficulty, spot a record in its set row and hear the voice memo you left for the next session.

## Know the movement. Change it when the gym changes.

Choose from more than 1,400 exercises with polished video demonstrations, clear descriptions and practical tips. Keep moving when the equipment you planned to use is taken.

- **See the exercise before you do it**: Watch the movement, check the muscles involved and read the setup in the same place.
- **Tips that improve the next rep**: Practical cues help with position, control and the mistakes worth avoiding.
- **Swap without breaking the workout**: Replace the exercise or only its remaining sets. Same-muscle options appear first.

## Freeform training that knows what fits next.

Train without a rigid plan and still get useful direction. The tracker reads the workout already underway before it proposes another movement.

- **Built from today’s session**: Suggestions respond to the exercises you finished and how difficult the sets felt.
- **Balanced across muscle groups**: After repeated work for one area, the tracker can propose a complementary muscle group instead of more of the same.
- **Aware of recent training**: Previous days also shape the recommendation, so today is not treated in isolation.

## Leave the phone on the bench.

The Watch is a working part of the tracker. Finish the set, change the numbers and follow your recovery without reaching for your phone.

- **Log from your wrist**: Complete sets and adjust reps or weight with the crown.
- **Heart rate in the phone tracker**: Live BPM from Watch appears inside the active workout.
- **Rest guidance that knows when to nudge**: Watch combines elapsed rest and recovery to remind you when it is time to move again.

## Your music stays inside the workout.

When Spotify is playing, the tracker header moves from the exercise video to the current album artwork without taking you out of the session.

- **The header follows what is playing**: Current album art takes over the hero while the animated workout atmosphere remains.
- **Playback within reach**: Pause, resume, skip back or move to the next track from the tracker.
- **Progress at a glance**: A live progress treatment shows where you are in the current song.

## Finish the session. The progress is already saved.

Every completed workout feeds the same history you see during the next one. Records are detected automatically and celebrated when the session ends.

- **Automatic personal records**: New bests for weight, reps and workout volume are caught as they happen.
- **History that keeps building**: Each session becomes another useful reference point for the exercise and your longer-term trends.

## Good to know

### Can I start without a workout plan?

Yes. Start a freeform workout, add the first exercise and build the session as you train. You can also open today’s planned workout or reuse one you saved.

### How does the tracker choose the next exercise in freeform mode?

It considers the exercises already completed, the muscle groups trained, the difficulty you marked and your recent sessions. It explains why a movement fits, and you decide whether to add it or see alternatives.

### Will my voice memo be there next time?

Yes. An exercise voice memo stays with its history and returns as context when that exercise appears in a future session.

### Does the tracker work offline?

The mobile tracker preloads the exercise catalog, your records and today’s plan. Your active workout is stored on the device so it can resume after the app closes or the connection drops.

### What can I control from Apple Watch?

You can complete a set, change its reps or weight, follow the active exercise and rest state, and send live heart rate back to the phone tracker.

### How do the rest reminders work?

The tracker waits for the planned rest to finish before nudging. On Apple Watch and in the foreground heart-rate view, recovery helps decide whether another reminder is useful.

### What does Spotify control require?

Spotify must be installed with an active playback session. Spotify may require Premium for remote playback controls.

### How large is the exercise library?

The catalog includes more than 1,400 exercises, with polished video demonstrations across strength and conditioning movements.

### What guidance comes with an exercise?

Exercise detail includes the movement video, muscles involved, a clear description and practical tips for setup, control and common mistakes.

### Can I create my own exercises?

Yes. Add your own exercises alongside the built-in catalog and use them in planned or freeform workouts.

### Can I use the tracker without a coach?

Yes. The full tracker works for solo training. If you connect with a coach later, they can review the workout history you choose to share.

## Make your next workout build on the last one.

Bring your plan, train freeform or follow what fits next. Your sets, history, Watch, heart rate and music stay in one place.
