# hi.pulse: one score for showing up

> hi.pulse turns workouts, personal records, daily habits and check-ins into one daily score - a simple rhythm you and your coach can see at a glance.

## One score for showing up. Every day counts.

Finish a workout, tick off your habits, send a check-in - and your hi.pulse moves. One simple daily score that makes consistency visible, for you and for your coach.

## Your normal day already earns it.

There is nothing extra to do. The things you already track in hi.fitness feed the score: finished workouts, personal records, daily habits, submitted check-ins. No configuration, no rules to learn.

- **Training**: Every finished session moves your pulse - and a session with a new personal record moves it a little more.
- **Habits**: Ticking off your daily habits counts, unchecking corrects it honestly - the ledger never lies.
- **Check-ins**: Submitting a check-in or completing your profile survey counts too - consistency is more than training.

## Consistency you can actually see.

The pulse card lives on your dashboard: your score and a simple daily line for the last two weeks. Quiet days are fine - the line just shows the truth, and points never expire.

- **One glance**: A single line on your dashboard - no analytics to dig through, no targets to configure.
- **Honest by design**: Corrections never erase history - the score always reflects what really happened.
- **It warms up with you**: In your first week the card says "Building your rhythm" - a few active days and the line appears.

## The first thing worth checking on a client.

The same pulse shows on the client's overview in your workspace. One look tells you who kept their rhythm this week and who needs a message - before you open a single log.

- **On the client overview**: The pulse card sits next to trainings done, reports and sessions - context in one place.
- **Signal, not surveillance**: Only you and your client see it. No leaderboards, no comparing clients against each other.
- **A reason to reach out**: A flat line is a nudge to check in - a rising one is a reason to say "strong week".

## hi.pulse, briefly.

### What is hi.pulse?

A single daily score that reflects your activity in hi.fitness - finished workouts, personal records, daily habits, submitted check-ins and your profile survey. It makes consistency visible without any setup.

### What counts towards the score?

Finished workouts, sessions with a new personal record, checked-off daily habits, submitted check-in forms and the one-time profile survey. Meals and nutrition logging don't earn points.

### Do points expire?

No. Points are permanent - the dashboard card simply shows your recent window, so the line reflects your current rhythm.

### Can other people see my score?

Only you - and your coach, if you train with one. There are no leaderboards, levels or public rankings.

### Do I need to configure anything?

No. hi.pulse starts counting from your first workout or habit. In the first days the card shows "Building your rhythm" until there is enough activity to draw the line.

## Make showing up visible.

Your first workout starts the pulse - free while in beta.
