# Reports

The **Reports** page gives you one place to scan everything your clients are logging - workouts they completed and progress updates they submitted - across all clients at once.

Open it from the sidebar: **Dashboard → Reports**.

## Two tabs

- **Workouts** - every completed workout log, newest first. Default range: last 3 months.
- **Progress** - every submitted body-measurement report. Default range: last 2 years.

## Filters

- **From / To** dates - narrow the range. They apply to whichever tab is open.
- **Search** (Workouts tab only) - filter by workout name.

Filters live in the URL, so you can bookmark a view or share the link with a colleague.

## Drilling in

- Click a **client name** to open that client's profile.
- Click a **workout name** to open the full workout log detail.
- Click a **date** in the Progress tab to open the progress report. It opens as a two-panel summary: a left rail with the headline takeaway, key body-composition stats, before→now figures, a motivation score and a **Report insights** advisor (what improved, what's worth watching, the next focus), beside before/after photos and the full measurement breakdown. Use **Compared with** in the rail to choose which earlier report to measure against. The insights start condensed - choose **Read full analysis** for the complete breakdown.

## Tip

Sort any column by clicking its header. The default order is by date, most recent first.
