# Completing your check-ins

A **check-in** is a short form your trainer asks you to fill in - for example your monthly body
measurements or how you're feeling.

## Fill one in

Open the **Check-ins** tab under **My Coaching**. Anything **due now** appears at the top. Tap
**Submit now** (or **Update** for your profile survey) and the check-in opens as a focused full-page
form - a section list on the left tracks your progress as you go. Answer the fields (you can add photos
where asked) and press **Submit check-in**. You can leave at any time with the **✕** in the top corner.

## Your next body-measurement report

Your dashboard shows a **Body measurement** card with a countdown to your next report - by default
every 30 days. The moment a check-in is due, the card turns into a highlighted **Log report** call to
action so it's easy to stay on track - and because your body report matters most, that card always
takes priority: if more than one check-in is waiting, it shows how many ("2 check-ins due") but keeps
your body report front and centre. Tap the card to open the form and log it.

## Track on your own

Even without a trainer, you can use the built-in templates under **Track on your own** to log your own
measurements and build a history. Your numbers are charted over time so you can see your progress.

## See your check-in history

Every check-in you submit is saved. Open **Reports → Check-in history** to see them all in one list,
newest first, with the form name, who recorded it and the date. Tap any row to reopen exactly what you
submitted - including photos and measurements.
