# Tracking supplements

Open **My Coaching → Supplements**.

- **Suggestions.** Below the table you'll find a quiet **Suggestions** row of one-tap pills for safe, widely recommended supplements - creatine monohydrate, vitamin D3 and beta-alanine. Tap one to add it instantly with sensible defaults; once it's on your list the pill disappears. You can edit the dose or timing afterwards like any other entry.
- Add a supplement with its dose, frequency, timing and purpose.
- **Timing can differ by day.** Set a **training-day timing** and, when it differs, a **rest-day timing** - for example creatine post-workout on training days and in the morning on rest days. Leave the rest-day field empty to use the same timing every day.
- Edit or remove entries at any time. If a trainer added supplements for you, you can adjust them too - it's your account.
- **On your dashboard.** Your active supplements also show up as a quiet **Today's supplements** block at the bottom of the nutrition card - tap it to see each one with its dose and timing. It's read-only guidance, not a tracker.
